Privacy at Arguva

Information we use
Arguva processes account identity, profile information, debate participation, transcripts, Judge results, moderation and report records, social activity, and security/operational metadata needed to provide and protect the service. Full date of birth is stored in a private account-policy record solely to enforce age rules; it is not placed on public profiles or included in public pages, notifications, logs, or analytics.
Public debate archive
With both adult participants' advance opt-in, eligible matchmaking debate text and public profile identity may be made publicly searchable. No public audio or video replay is created. Publication analytics contain identifiers, event names, and source categories—not transcript text, birth dates, or moderation evidence.
Choices and removal
Publication defaults off. Adults can enable it for future debates, disable it account-wide, make their profile private, or unpublish one debate. Public access stops as soon as a revocation succeeds; search engines may take additional time to remove already discovered URLs. Date-of-birth corrections require an authenticated support process because users cannot edit that field in settings.
Security and retention
Access controls separate private account policy, participant-retained debate data, and public projections. Arguva retains records as needed for service operation, safety, legal obligations, dispute handling, and audit integrity.
