Arguva debate terms

Eligibility and accurate information
You must be at least 13 to create an account. Public debate participation is available only to users 18 or older. You agree to provide an accurate date of birth and to use the authenticated support process for a correction rather than creating false account information.
Your debate content
You remain responsible for the claims and material you contribute. You grant Arguva the permissions needed to operate the debate service, create transcripts and Judge results, moderate content, and—only when the publication rules are satisfied—display and distribute the public archive page. Do not disclose private personal information or contribute content you lack the right to use.
Publication and removal
Account opt-in makes only future normal matchmaking debates candidates; it does not guarantee publication. Either participant may unpublish a debate, and safety or policy enforcement may also remove it. Removal stops Arguva's public page immediately, though third-party search indexes and independent copies may take time to update. Re-enabling publication does not restore a removed debate.
Judge results and archive selection
Automated Judge outputs and quality gates are informational product features, may be imperfect, and do not establish truth or constitute Arguva's endorsement. Do not rely on debate content as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
